BEFORE THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
LONGWOOD, FLORIDA WITH RESPECT TO THE
IBE OVEMENTS TO BE MADE TO WEST WARREN AVENUE,
AN REQUIRING, PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTE
5170.08, SAID CITY COMMISSION TO SIT AS A
BOARD OF EQUALIZATION, WITH REGARD TO
ASSESSMENTS LEVIED ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNERS
FOR PAYMENT FOR IMPROVEMENTS, CONFLICTS,
SEVERABILITY, EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Longwood, Florida, has adopted
a resolution, pursuant to Florida Statute S170.05, declaring
special assessments for paving of west Wdrren Avenue from its
intersection with Lemon cane to its intersection with the
existing pavement at Let 18, Longwood, in the City of
Longwood, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City of Longwood, Florida has caused to
be prepared an assessment roll, setting forth the lots and
lands assessed, the amount of benefit to and the asses .... t
against each lot or' par. el of land, and the number of annual
lnstallmen is in whieh the assessment 1s to be divided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That owners of property assessed, Or any other
persons therein, may appear before the City Commission of the
City of Longwood, Florida, on Monday, November 10, 1986, at
City Hall, 171 West Warren Avenue, Longwood, Florida, at the
hour of 7:30 p.... or as soon thereafter as said matter may be
called, for the purpose of being heard, as to the propriety
and advisability of paving of West warren Avenue from its
intersection with Lemon Lane to its intersection with the
existing pavement at Let 18, Longwood, in the City If
Longwood, Florida, to the cost of said improvements, to the
manner of payment therefor, and as to the amount thereof to be
assessed against each property so improved.
1, That, at the time and place set forth in
