RESOLUTION NO. 583 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTE E170.05, SETTING /^ THE TIME AND PLACE FOR APPEARANCE OF OWNERS OF PROPERTY OR OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS TO AFFEAR BEFORE THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA WITH RESPECT TO THE IMPROVEMENTS TO BE MADE TO SOUTH MILWEE STREET, AND REQUIRING, PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTE S170.08, SAID CITY COMMISSION TO SIT AS A BOARD OF EQUALIZATION, WITH REGARD TO ASSESSMENTS LEVIED ABUTTING PROPERTYOWNERS FOR PAYMENT FOR IMPROVEMENTS, CONFLICTS, SBVERABILITY, EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of Longwood, Florida, has adopted a resolution, pursuant to Florida Statute S17o.05, declaring special assessments for paving of South Milwee Street (formerly South west Lake Street) from its intersection with SR 434 to its intersection with the existing pavement at southern end of South Milwee Street a distance of 634 LE, in the City of Longwood, Florida; and WHEREAS, the City of Longwood, Florida has caused to be prepared an assessment roll, setting forth the lots and lands assessed, the amount of benefit to and the assessment against each lot or parcel Df land, and the number of annsal installments in which the assessment is to be divided; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOE, 1. That owners of property assessed, or any other persons therein, may appear before the City Commission of the City Of Longwood, Florida, on Need— November 10, 1986, At City Bell, 175 West Warren Avenue, Longwood, Florida, at the hour of —D p.m., Or as soon thereafter as said matter may be called, for the purpose Of being heard, as to the propriety and advisability of paving of South Milwee Street (formerly called South West Lake Street) from its intersection with SR 434 to its intersection with the existing pavement at southern end Of Soath Milwee Street a distance of 634 UP, in the City If Longwood, Florida, to the cost of said improvements, to the If manner of payment therefor, and as to the amount thereof to be assessed against each property so improved. 2.
