Resolution 86-574RESOLUTION NO. 574 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOO, FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTE S170.03, DECLARING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR STREET PAVING AND DRAINAGE, DESIGNATION OF STREETS TO BE F IMPROVED, DESIGNATION OF EXPENSE THEREOF, TO PAID B PECIAL ASSESSMENT, AND MANNER OF PAYMENT, DESCRIPTION OF LANDS ASSESSED, AND DECLARATION OF ESTIMATED COSTS, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, the City of Longwood, Florida, deems it necessary to pave South Milwee Street (formerly called South West Lake Street) from its intersection with SR 434 to its intersection with the exi sttng pavement at southern end of South Milwee Street a distance of 634 LF, in the City of Longwood, Florida; and WHEREAS, the City of Longwood, Florida, desires to pay £O[ the cost of said paving by the levy If special assessments aga inet certain teal property located within the City of Longwood, Florida, and being lands and lots adjoining, co niinuons to, bl-dinq, and abutting Upon the street to be improved; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIN CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the nature of the proposed improvements to be made pursuant to the provisions O£ Chapter 170, Florida statutes, shall be the paving of South Milwee Street (formerly called South West cake Street), within the City of Longwood, i Florida, from its intersection with SR 434 to its intersection with the existing pavement at southern end of South Mil—e Street a distance of 634 LI, 2. That ninety percent of the expense thereof shall be paid by special assessment against lands and lots in the City of Longwood, Florida, as hereinafter described, and that ten percent of the expense thereof shall be paid by the City If Longwood, Florida. 3.
