Resolution 86-575RESOLUTION NO. 575 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LONGWOON, FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTE 5170.03, DECLARING IMPROVED, DESIGNATION OF EXPENSE THEREOF, TO WHEREAS, the City of Longwood, Florida, deems it necessary to pave South Wilma Street from its intersection with SR 434, south/south—It a distance of 1065 LF, in the City of Longwood, Florida; and WHEREAS, the City of Longwood, Florida, desires to pay for the cost of said paving by the levy of special assessments against certain real property located within the City of Longwood, Florida, and being lands and lots adjoining, continuo as to, bounding, and abutting upon the street to be improved; 1. That the nature If the proposed improvements to be made pbr want to the provisions of Chapter 170, Florida statutes, shall be the paving of south Wilma Street, within the City Of Longwood, Florida, from its intersection with SR 434, south/southwest A distance of 1065 LT. 2. That ninety percent of the expense thereof shall be paid by special assessment against lands and lots in the City of Longwood, Florida, as hereinafter described, and that III percent Of the expense thereof shall be paid by the City Of Longwood, Fl Orida. 3. That said special assessments may be paid rn gross, or in ten (10) annual installments with no installment payment t0 be less than one -tenth Of the individ.11 assessment, with the first installment to be due and payable one yeas from the date of enactment of final resolution following completion of equalization board beailns and with all subsequent installments to be due and payable On the same date of each year thereafter, until the entrre balance shall be paid.
