Subject and pursuant to the provi- sions hereof, General Obligation Bonds of the City of Longwood, Ploride, (hereinafter referretl to as the "City") ere eutM1Orizetl [o be issued in the aggregate principal amount a[ not exceeding One Killion One Huntlred Thousand Dollars ($1,100,000) [o finance the projects es described in Paragraphs 1, 2, 3 end 4 of Section 3 hereof.
