tleems it advisable to amend and supplement its Personnel Policy,
NOW, THEREFORE, BL IT RESOLVED by the City Coumission oC the City
oP Longwood, Florltla, as follows:
1. Resolution No. 282 be, and the same es he e y repealed.
2. That Section 8.02 Aceumulx'tlon oC the City oC Longwood
Personnel Policy be emended and supplemented as follows:
a. Sick leave with pay shall be earned at the
rate of one-half regular worki~ day for each Pull calendar
month of employment.
b. Si ek leave may De accumulated up to fifteen (15J
working days. Any time earned in excess oC this amount shall be
reimbursed to the employee at the conclusion oC each Pise¢1 year.
3. Special One Time Sick Leave Reimbursement: All employees,
except Department Heads, who have earned aoc~unulated stek leave
fn excess of Cifteen (15) days on September 30, 1919 shall be
reimbursed at their specified wage rate in effect on September 30,
19'19 for that excess time on an indivi.duel basis. Reimbursement
oC fifteen (15) days as of September 30, 19'19 shall be et
drscretion of the City Conmi ssion.
4. The Seminole County Persozv~el Policy, as sure was effective
on Swe 11, 19']1. as herein emended be, and the same Ss hereby readopted
as the Perso~v,el Policy oT the City oT LoT~gwood, Florida. fLrther,
all future references to said Policy .shall be made to the City of
Wngwood Personnel Policy.
5. This Resolution shall to set a~ediately upon its adoption.
