WHEREAS, the City COmmiss.von of the City Or Longwood,
Florida, has previously adopted Res of utvon No. 354, thereby
declaring it necessary and advisable to improve, repair, pave,
and surface West Warren Avenue from its intersection with Lemon
Lane to .its vote rsectvon with S.R. 43e, in the city o£ Longwood,
Florida, pursuant to plans and specifications therefore, prepared
by Land E g eeri ng Company, and previously filed with the City
C-1, Of the City of Longwoo3, Florida, for public in pectvon,
and,
WHEREAS, the City of LO g cod, Florida, has previously,
pursuant to Resolution No. 355, caused to be prepared an as sessm
roll se tting. forth the lots and lands assessed, the amount of the
benefit to and the assessment against each lot or parcel of land,
and the number of annual instal invents i,, which said assessment i

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Lo g God,
Florida, has Previously sat, as a Board of Equalization, pursuant
to the provisions of Fla. Stat. §170.08 On -telly 15, 1478, and
thereafter, from time to time, until such matter has been conclude ;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City Of Longwood,
Florida, as a result of public hearings, Pursuant to Fla. St—
§1]0.08, has amended the assessment Toll; and,
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Longwood,
Florida, has ascertained the final cost for the said project;

That the City Commvssion of the City of Longwood
within the City of Longwood, Florida, pursuant to plans and
specifications therefore prepared by Land Engineering, with said
plans having been on file with the City Clerk If the City of
Longwood, Florida, Eor public review,
2. That the total Cost of said improvements, repair,
paving, and surfacing of said West Warren Avenue, including the
cost of all labor and materials, cost of plans and specification
cost of engineering services, and all other expenses necessary
or incident to determining the feasibility and practicability of
such construction or reconstruction, administration expenses,
and such expenses as may be necessary or incident to the
completion of said project, is $35,130.00, and the sum of money
necessary to pay for the total costs of said improvements,
repairs, paving, and serviciny, ♦s Mereby authorf ved.

and further designated by the assessment plat now on file in the

assessment plat is hereby approved by the City Commission of
the City of Longwood, Florida, and that ten percent (10%) of the

abutting upon said improvements, repairs, paving, and serv.ticing
will be especially benefited by the said improvements, eepairs,
paving, and servic g p vided for in this Resolution; and that
the special assessments to b, made and entered against all lots
and lands located on said West Warren Avenue, adjoining and con
ment, such special benefits have been determined and pro -rated
Florida, in accordance with the provisions of law, shall, upon
the adoption of this Resolution, by the City Commission of the
