Resolution 243WHEREAS, the City of Longwood. Florida (herein re£erre to as City") has pending a grant application No. C120266 with the Envv roemiental Protection Agency, United States Government (Herein referrea to as N. e.A.^); ana wNEAexs, aaia grant is to aaaaat ~n financing proposea or public sewage faci ii ties will be allowed to connect to the aforesaid proposed in<er ceptor system until a complete infiltra- to on/inflow analysis Has been completed by such sewage facility desiring <o connect to said interceptor system; and WHLREAG, the City as a condition of recevving the E.P.A. Grant by this Resolution will comply with E.P.A. regulations by requiring ail public and private sewage facilities as a con- taon of connectvon to said interceptor system, to complete an infiltration/inflow analysis. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF E CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLOAT DA, AE FOLI/JWS: 1. No public or private sewage facility will be allowed to connect to the City's interceptor system financed by '. E. P.A. Giant No. C120266 until an infiltration/inflow analysis allowed to connect to the City's interceptor system financed by E.P.A. Grant No. C120266 until all applicable State and Federal requirements are met by said sewage facility. 3. As a further condrtvon of connection of public or private sewage facilities to sand interceptor system the City shall require each such facility to agree that it will adjust the i of ilttation/inflow from its system into the interceptor system as sfiall from tome t0 tvme be required by E.P.A. and/or Florida Department of PDllvtion Control. 4. No public ox private sewage faci Li ty will be allowed t0 connect to the City's interceptor system until such facility meets all regulations and requirements of E.P.A. and Florida Department Of Pollution Control. 5. The City will enter unto such agreements with all public and private sewage facilities as iT shall deem necessary to assure compliance with all applicab ].e regulations and require- vents of G.P.A., Florida Department of Pollution Control and ather qo vernmental agencies having jurisdiction. 6. Any public or private sewage facility lying within the Altamonte Springs-Longwood regional sewer servvice area nesting the requirements of this ResDLution will be allowed to _onnect to the City's interceptor system. ].
