WHEREAS, on May 6, 2002, the City Commission of the City of Longwood enacted
the Longwood Development Code (Onlinance 02-1599), es was emanded from title to time,
parsuant Io the requirements of Chapter 163,3202, and Chapter 166 041, Flotida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 1633174 (4) (e), Flocida Statutes, regains the Land Planning
AS— to review proposal land dovelopntont regulations. or amendmetts Ihueto, for
consist ncy with Iho adopted Plan, es may beanended; and
WHEREAS, the Land Planning Agancy (LPA) held a public hearing on Febnary 9.
2005 to consider the ameodmonr of the Longwood Development Cade; made ceaein findings of
