WHEREAS, the Ciry Commission ofLOngwood eructed resoluvov 9s-

located within tlesignated enclaves upon transfer of f owversldp; avd
WHEREAS, certain lands more partioulmly described herein below are a
part of said interlocal agreement and have had atransfu of fee ownerslsip sincethe

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TRF. CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The lands described (920 East State Road 434, Tax Parcel I.D. #
04-21-30.5040000AO1B) and shoum on themap in Exhibit A, attached hereto, be and
the same are hereby annexed to and includedwithin the wrporate linuE of the City of
Iungwood, Florida
