\VHEREAS, on November I9, 1993 the Ilaridn Department of Community AfGirs
determined Ne City's Comprthensive Plan was in wmpliance with Ne requirranents of Chepter 163,
Pan II, Florida Statutes and Cbapler 91-5, Flocidx Adminis¢alive Code; and
WFIEREAS, Chvptar 163.3I~4 (4) (a), Florida Stemms requires Mo Lind Plunoing Agenoy
(LPA) w make reeommendelioos to the governing body regarding emurfinems tc the Comprehaosive
Plan; and
\VIlEREAS, Ne LPA held a public herring on April Iy 2004 to consider the Small Scale
