WHEREAS, the LPA held a Public hearing on June I I. 2003 to wnsider the Snwll Scalo
Plan Amendment request; and recommended the pmpottd Small Scale Plan Amendmem (SPA 0]-
02) be apPmved by the City Commission; vnd
WHEREAS, the City Commission held a public hearing July 21, 2003 and again o0
August 4, 2001 pursuant to the requirements ofChnpter 163.31 k], FS.
