Florida Statmes and Chapter 91-5 Florida Administrative Cotle; and W HERF.AS, on Novenrbec 19, 1997 the Plorida Oepartmenl of Community Afl'virs determined the City's Comprehen.~ve Plat was in compliance with the requirements of Chapin 163, Pan I I. Florida Srawtes avd Chnptn 9I-5, 1=1oeida Administrative Code; and W NEREAS, Chapter 163.31'/4 (4) (a), Plorida Statutes require [he I..antl Planning Agency (LPA) to make rewmmendauons to the gov ming body regarding amendments to the Comprehensive Plan; vnd W t1ERF.AS, the LPA held a public hvrering on June 11, 2003 to consider the3mall Scale Plan Amendment request; and recommended the proposed Smal I Scala Plan Amendment (SPA 09- 03) be opproved by the Ciry Commission; and W HEREA3, the City Commission held a public hearing Jrrty 21.2003 and again nn Avyust 4, 2001 pursaant to the rcgairements of Cheptcr 163 3181- ES. 13E IT SO ORDAINED BYTHF, CITY COMMISSION OE'1'HE CITY OP LONC WOOD, FLORIDA, AS 4'OLLOWS: SECTION I: "fhe following portions ofthc l~umre Uand Use Map of Mc Comprehensive Plao are hereby amanded ro change the laud use dcsigoation of the properties described as: West side of CR 427 south of Dos Track Road Property ID tF06-21 -30-300-031A-0000 as depicted in EXHIBIT A, from COUNTY INDUSTNIAL TO CITY INDUSTNIAL (IND); aaached hereto as though folly contained ncrcin.
