WHEREAS, the City Commission has determined it is desirable to establish appearance requirements for single-family resitlential structures in tleed resttlctetl subdvisions within the Clty of Longwood; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED 8Y THE CITV COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS SECTION 1: That Chapter V, Buildings antl Building Regulations, Adicle VIII, be amentled by adding Section 5.16], Appearance Requirements for single- Family Resitlential Structures in deed restricted subtllvisions, as follows: Sec. 5,16] Appearance Requirements for Singl¢-family Residential Structures in deed restricted subdivisions. A. Definitions. For the purposes of this section, a subtlivision is geographic area within the City of Longwootl that meets all of the following contlitions. This section applies to all residentlal structures in tleed-restrictetl subtlivisions, whether constructetl on- site, partially constructetl off-site or other anterior motlifcations, alteraticns cr additions. 2. Structures subject to subtlivision design standards shall meet all site requirements for the land u tlistrid in which the structure is proposed for location e C. Single-family Building Permits for projects in subtlivisions with tleed restrictions and an active Hcmeowners' Association. 1.
