Florida Statutes requires that the Land Planning Agency revs- proposed land development regulations, or.—dmetns thereto, for consistency with the adopted Plan, a, may be amended; and WHEREAS, the Land Planning Agency (LPA) held a public hearing on November 10, 1999, 0.1i&, a proposed amendment (RZ 11-99 thtu U, 14 99) to the Official Zonine Mao and made a finding that the proposed inning would be compatible with the existing uses in the a J—,,t area; and recommended the proposed ordinance No. 99-1199 RZ be enacted by the City Commission; and WHEREAS, the City has complied with the Procedure fr enacting ordinances as described by Chapter 166,041, Florida Statutes.
