WHEREAS, the City of Longwood owns, outsets, and is responsible for the condnuous

WHEREAS, d,e City of Longwood deems it deniable v,d benetiual co eacahlish a schedule
of chugs/fees for cemetery lou, the maz{vng of ga-ave sites, the implementing. of the rights of
additional interne rs, u~d providing for the defmnon of family; and
WHEREAS, the Ciry Commission deems is appropriate eo list the cemetery-relaed
schedule of charges/Fees within Chap[er G, Cemetery, by adding a section entitled ('sme[ery fee
Schcvlulc.
NOW, TFIERF,FORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THG CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDM AS FOLLOWS:
