SEVFA2AEILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DA'ff_ \VHERE.AS, the Longwood City Commission ndopted e pay end classi6cadon plan pursnent to Ordinance No. 89-955 on December 18, t989_ and WHEREAS, the Longwood Ciry Cemmission provided in Ordinance No. 89-955 for amendment to Ihepay and classification by resolution, and WHEREAS, the Longwood City Ccmmission has determined that is would he mare appropriate to emend the pay and clessifieatioo plan by ordinnnoe NOW, 1'IfEREFORE, BE IT OR-AINED HY THE CITY COMMISSION OP ?HF, CITY OE LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AS POLLOWS: SECTION I: SECTION 2-1(F), AMENDMENT OF PERSONNEL POLICIES AND PAY AND CLASSIFICATION PLAN, IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: The provisions of these personnel polices adopted here nay be amended by ordinance The provisions of the pay and classification plan adopteU Herein may be amended by men p~a~n= SF,CiION 2: CONFLICTS. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3: SEVHRABILITY.
