WHEREAS, on July 20, 1992. [he City ofLongwood adopted a comprehensive

WHEREAS, on November 19, 1993. the Florida Department of'Commuvity
ARevs determined the City'e Comprehensive Play was IN COMPLIANCE with the

Administrative Code: and
WHEREAS, Chapter 163, Pare 11 requires the City to implement [he adopmd Plan
by land development cegvlatione; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Iha authority oPChaprere 166.041 end 163.3202, Florida
Sutures, the City evaoted a Land Development Code; avd
WHEREAS, Clraptu 24-2U.U5 of the Ciry Code, enabliahes an OtT' IZ '

WHEREAS, Chapter 16331]4 (4). Florida Sramtea requires that the Laud
Plam~ing Agency review proposed land development regulations, or amendments thereto.
