Florida Statutes and Chapter 93-5, Florida Administrative Code: and WHEREAS, Chapter 163, Part II requires the Chy to implement the adopted Plan by land development regnlatiovs; and WHEREAS, pursuam to the authority of Chapters i GG.041 and 163.3202, Florida Statutes, the Cily enacted a Land Development Code; and WHEREAS, Chapter?420 OS ofthe City Code, establishes av Official Zoning Map for the City of Lar~gwood; and WHEREAS, Chapter 163.31 ]4 (4).
