FSSF-IAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Responsible forth, planning and schedo ling of all recreational activities including adult softball
leagues and little leagues, umpires, scheduling of field preparation, scorekeepers, awards. special
Works with other staff members m supervising youth spon, ecnvmes and senior citizen
Schedules eaivities/functions at Cily facilities such that adequate prepare take place. In
doing so orifice will be forwarded to Public Works grounds— crew/maintenance personnel at

Coordine scheduled events at City of Longwood's active recreation facilities w ensure that the
lessee complies with all applicable City policies.

Keeps vanous statistical informalion as required.
Assists in planning special events.
