FLOAIUA. APPROVING TI{E pUIiCHASE OF A LIFT'
STATION AND LAND LOCATED AT ]90 E HIGHWAY
J34. LONG WOOD. FOR PURPOSE OF PROVIDING
SEW EA SERVICE, pROVIDING IrOR CONFLICTS,
SEVERA6IL1'IY AND EPFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, time City Cormiasion has determined it is neenssary to own and operate
n lik station fncillty in the vicinity of E SR 13J, between Hwy. 1]-92 and CR 42]; iv ader
to be able to provide sewem~ service to the sun'onnding area, and
WHEREAS, an existing liH swoon owned by Semorav Mxnagement is located in the
mine vtc ni Y: and
WHEREAS, Semoran Management Comporation has offered to sell time lift swoon
to the City for tlme sum of $10,000 is agreeable with the City:
NOW. THEREFORE BE CF ORDAINED RY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
"FHE CITY OF LONG WOOD, FLORIDA. AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: "I"Ime City of Longwood hereby agrees to purchase We subject lilt

SECTION 2 Conflicts All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and snore are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: SeverabilitY. Should any section, pnmgrnplm, Gnnse, sentence,
itenm, word. or provision of this ordinanrz be declared invalid by n court of wmpetent
jurisdiction, such decision shall not atTeot the validity of tlme ordinance as a whole or any
part thereof, not so declared to be invalid.
