FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF CITY
PROPERTY TO THE NORTHLAND COMMUNITY
CHURCH, 530 DOG TRACK ROAD, LONGWOOD,
FLORIDA, 32750, PROVIDING FOR SE V ERABI LITY AND
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Longwood has determined the Columbus Harbor Park
prap,ny located in the Columbus Harbor Subdiviswn is unsuitable I.,— as a city park;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Longwood Itas, therefore, determined it is desitabbe to sell
the property know. as the Columbus Harbor Park; and
WHEREAS, am appraisal was.oud.eted, the property was offered for sale, amd bids
wme received to purchase subject property; and
WHEREAS, the City C.—dill, has carefully renewal the offers a.d has
detmmined thmt the offer made by the Northland Community Chnmh is fair and reasonable
and the property sI—Id, therefore, be conveyed to lie Northland Com -tdly Church for
the sum of $77,100;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Sec0ou 1: Thnt the property referred to as the Columbus Harbor Pub, as rmorded
m Plat Book 19, Page 39, Public Records of Seminole Couuty, Flofida, amd legally described
in Exhibit "A", a.d depicted in Exhibit"B", aR.d,ed hereto, is h—by conveyed to the
