Ordinance 94-1238SECTION 1: That ordinance No. 495 Of the City o£ Longwood, Florida, passed and adapted the 23rd day of March, 1981, and all its amendments, said Ordinance being the Comprehensive 20ning Ordinance of the City of Longwood, Florida, regulating and restricting the use of buildings, structures and land for trade, industry, residence Or other purpose, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: PARCEL II (FUTURE): A part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 30, ownship 20 South, Range 30 Fast, City of Longwood, Seminole County, Florida, described as follows: Commence at the Southwest corner of said Section 3 , thence N 00 11 06 , along the West line Of said Section 30, 366.58 feet to the North right-of-way line of Longwood Hills ROad. A 50 foot right-of-way as now laid 94-1238 Yage 2 out and used; thence N 89°51'37" E, along said North right-o£-way line 600.00 feet thence departing said North light-o£-way line.
