NOW THEREFORE, eE ZT ORDAINED RY THE CZTY COtNAISSION OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD THAT. SECTION 1. Chapter 16.5, Purchasing, Sections 16.5-9(a~(2) antl (3), Amendments to Contracts by Director of Purchasing and Amendments to Contracts by City Administrator, of the Longwood City Cade shall be amended to read as follows: SECTION 16.5-9(a)(2) Amendments to Contracts by Dir of Yurchas The Director of Purchasing, as designee of [he City Administrator, snail have the authority tD approve amendments of contracts awarded rn which the total unt of the r sultina t-does n eed 54025.-t ;a~;.ig --' --~..~.a..
