Thenmount and method oEthe fee payment shall be determined by resolution of the City Commission. Payment of the binder fee shall enable the applicant to reserve available capacity required to service the proposed development far a period not exceeding sixty (GO) calendar days. Within the silty (fi0) calendar day periotl, the applicant shall be required to reserve the capacity by paying a concurtenry reservation impact (ec as described below in Section 60.'1.
