SECTION 1: Appendix A of the Longwood Code of Ordinances, is
hereby amended to include the attached E%HIBIT A - CONCBRRENCY
MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE, which is hereby adopted and made a part o£
this ordinance and the Code of ordinances of the city of Longwood
by reference thereto. The varrous sections of such EXHIBIT A -
CONCHRAENCY MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE shall be re-numbered by the
Munrcipal Code Corporation when this ordinance is submitted for
codification, but until such codification, the ordinance numbering
shall be referenced as set forth rn the attached E%HIBIT A -
SECTION Z: Conflicts. A11 ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.

declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such

Capital Improvements Program required to meet any adopted level-of-service
standard.
SECf1ON 0-05 CRITERIA COR CONCDIZRFNCY AND FINAL DEVE[APMENT
ORDERS
A final developm ortler shall not be granted for a proposed developme unless the City

tlensities antl/or intensities, of a proposed tlevelopme and the anticipated date of
wmpletion of proposed development. The City Atlminismative Official shall assess
the amiciparetl impacts of the prepared development an cancurrenry mciFtie.

of the date of the determination in order to bind the available capacity required to
cethe proposed development. Thenmount and method oEthe fee payment shall
be determined by resolution of the City Commission. Payment of the binder fee shall
enable the applicant to reserve available capacity required to service the proposed
development far a period not exceeding sixty (GO) calendar days. Within the silty
(fi0) calendar day periotl, the applicant shall be required to reserve the capacity by
paying a concurtenry reservation impact (ec as described below in Section 60.'1. Tha
