Ordinance 92-1086AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, NDING THE CODE OF' ORDSNANCES OF THE CITY OF R 9, AR I2, RESIDENTIAL S WASTE ODCOLLECTION, PROVIDING REGULATIONS OFOA CONFLICTS~SF.VERAHILLTY A~DCANSEFFECTIVE DATE FOR WHHRE , the City Commiss ron has determined that the Residential Solid Waste Collection Regulations should be amended to provide for twrce a week collection of household refuse, once a week collection of yard trash, and once a week collection o£ recyclables materials; and WHEASAS, the City Conmission has determined that to provide separate yard trash pickups and twice a week household refuse collection, an rncrease of two dollars (52.OD) per month, per household should be approved.
