Ordinance 89-917ORDINANCE N0. 917 WHEREAS, Sections 9-17 and 9-18 of Chapt ex 9, Article II of the Longwood City Code were adopted by Ordinance No. 512 on February 9, 1981, and, WHEREAS said Chapter provides [hat no industrial waste, including building ma[erial resulting from the erection, zemoval, repair or tearing down of buildings, may be dumped by any person upon real proper ty located within the tarrrtori al li mf is oY the City and prohibits the use of industrial waste by any person for landfill within the territoral limits o£ the City, and WHEREAS, rt rs appropriate and desirable under certain limited cr rc umstances to allow non-biodegradable industrial waste to be used for landfill. NOW THEREFORE, BE 1T ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of Longwood, Florida, as follows: SECTION i.
