trade, donate, destroy, transfer or otherwise dispose of surplus
supplies, surplus equipment or other property regardless of dollar
amount, after approval of the City Commission and in accordance with
Florida State Statutes.
(2) Amendments of Contracts, Purchasing Agent. The
Purchasing Agent, as designee of Che City Administrator, shall have
the authority to approve amendments o£ contracts awarded, the
