WHEREAS, the Li ty Lammi scion desires to include the City Admin-
istrator, City Attorney and City Clerk among the employees eligible far
merit bonuses. and
WN EREAS, the City Lommi ss ion desires to change the effective
date for the awartli ng of merit bonuses, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to eliminate the awarding of
an additional ten percent for merit bonuses for outstanding performance,
NOW, THEREFORE, tiE IT OROA [NEp BY THE CITY LOMM LS810N OF THE L(iY
OF LDNGYIOOp, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
Thai Section 3.21, Subsections A, 6, and C, of the Personnel
Policies and Procecu res Manual be revised to read as Pollows:
"MER ST BONUSES:

SECTION 2: All ordinances of parts oP ortli nances in conflict
herewith. be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECT tON 3: [4 any section or portion of a section of the adopted
Personnel Policies antl Procedures Manual proves to he invalid, unlawful
or unconstitutional, it shall not be hold to invalidate or impair Lhe
validity, force or effect of any other section of this ordinance.

Policies and Procedures Manual shall become effective immediately upon
its final passage and adoption.
