deems it to be in the best interests of the h alth, safety and we lfare
of the residents of the City of Longwood, FSOri that Section 5-2 of
the Longwood City Code, be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, sE iT ORDAINED sY THE CITY MMI SSION OF THE
N 1: Sectron 5-]. Development Assvsta es of the
Lonywood Code, be amended to change subparagraph 5-2.2 to read as
follows:
Section 5-2. Development Assvstance Fees.
2. Development Assvstance Fee £or Sewer. The City Commvs
does hereby adopt and establish, pucsuant to general law, a DevelopmE~
Assvstance Fee of four dollars and svxty cents I54.fi0) over the
current SemvnDle County rate per gallon of sewer capacity charged
to the City of Longwood.
SECTION 2: Conf Licts. All ordinances o p is thereof in
conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECT SON 3: ~everabvlity. Should any sec tvo paragraph,
clause, sentence, vtem, phrase, word or provision of this ordinance
be declared to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such
decvsvon shall not affect the validity of this ordinance as a whole
or any part hereof, not so declared to be vnv ali d. .~
