FOR CONFLICTS, BEVERABILI TY AND EFFECTIVEPDATE
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Longwood,
Florida, has determined that it vs necessary and required to vncrease
the monthly fees for conuneeci al sewer use,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAZNEO BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS.
SECTION 1: That Section 23-601161 be amended to read as
follows:
"23-60 (b) A comme rcval establishment connected to the City's
water system shall pay a monthly fee for se g treatment serer
rn the amount of three hundred seventy Live 13751 percent of th
water bill Dr twenty four dollars 1524.001 whichever is greater
Effective Sune 1, 1999, a commercial establishment connected to
the City's water system shall pay a monthly fee for sewage trea
sere rce rn the amount of four hundred and fvfty (4581 percent o
their water bill or twenty four dollars (529.001 whichever is
SECTION 3: Severability. Should any sectvon, paragraph, clause,

declared invalid by a court o£ competent jurisdiction, such
decision shall not affect the validity of this ordinance as a whole
or any part, hereof, not so aec fared to be invalid.
N 4: Effective date. This ordinance shall be effective
vmmediately upon its final passage and adoption by the City Commission
of the City of Longwood, Florida.
