WHEREAS, the Ch.— Of the City of Longwood, Florida,
requires that the City Commission divide the City into (5) geo-
graphical commrssron districts; and
WHEREAS, the Charter requires the City Commission to
amend the boundaries of such districts from time to time as necessary
I. maintain said districts in as nearly equal populat. I as practicable;
and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Longwood, Florida,
has determined that the districts established in Section 7-14 of the 1
City Code require amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY TIE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIOA, AS FOILOWS:
SECTION 1: That Section ]-14. Geographical commrssron
districts, be and the same, rs hereby amended to read as follows:
