508.3A, 509.3A, AND 630.3A TO CREATE MAXIMUM
IMPERVIOUS SURFACE AREA RATIO REQUIREMENTS

CONFLICTS, SEPARAHI LITY AND POR AN EFFECTIVE

WHEREAS, the City Commission of Longwood, Floridan has Bete [m ined
that the COmpre hensive toning Ordinance requite certain amendments to set
maximum impervious surface area ratios for all lands and zoning distz icts
within the City o£ Longwood, Florida; and,

~ patterns and natural lands and prevent ground water recharge; and,
WNEREAB, To ins ute the o[derly development o£ the City and the
protection of public health, safety and welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINHD BY THE CITY COMMISSZON Of THE CITY OF
LONGW00D, FLORIDA, A8 FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the Code of Ord in ances~ Appendix A, Ordinance
Number 495 vs heeeby amended by adding Subsection 9 to Section 501.3A as
follows:

SECTION 2: That the Code of Ordinances, Appendix A, Ordinance
Number 495 vs hereby amended by renumbering the ex vs ring Section 502.3A (9)
