FOR CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, citizens of the Ci [y of Longwood, Fi on da, have requested
that portions of Lamont Avenue and Shadow frail continue to be closed to protect
their safety, health and welfare; and
41HEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Longwood, Florida,
have determi netl that it is to the best interests of and the safety, health
and welfare of its citizens that the temporary cl osf ng of portions of Lamont
Avenue and Shadow Trail be Conti nuetl;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT ORUAI NEO that portions of Lamont Avenue and
Shadow frail and/or sidewalks are temporarily closed as follows:
SECTION 1: That the twenty (2U) feet of Lamont Avenue imnetliately
abutting Myrtle Lake Niils Road, Seminole County, Florida, is further temporarily
closed until 11:59 a.m. on June 30, 19E5.
SECTION 2: That the twenty (20) feet of Sha tlow Trail inured is tely
abutting Myrtle lake Niils ftoa d, Seminole Gou nty, flo ri da, 1s further tampgra rily
closed until 11:59 a.m. on June 30, 1985,
SECTION 3: TM1at the necessary safety barriers and/pr devices or other
legal means to effect the temporary closing of the twenty (20) feet of Lamont
Avenue and Shadow Trail will continue to remain in place.
SECTION 4: chat the Twenty (2D) feet of Lamont Avenue and Shadow frail
shall be reopened to tM1e public at 12:00 noon, June 3D, 1985.
SECT tON 5: A11 ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECT (ON 6: This Ordinance shall become e£fecti ve immediately upon its
passage and adoption.
