SECTION 1: Tbat Section 2.13fi(a) of the Cnde of Ordinances is hereby
amended to read ae follows:
"Se<tion 2-136. Quoxw:; meetings, hearings.
(a) The presence of four (4) or mare mxmbers stwll ronstrcute a quoxun
of the codes entorcerent boazd necessary to cake action. The Codes Eriforcarent
Board shall atte;;pC Co convene no less frequently Cho once every two (2) months,

SECTION 2: If any sectwn or portion of a section of ehis ordinance proves
to be invalid, :mlawful or vncoasciNtional, it shall not be held to invalidate or
inpair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part o£ this ordinam~
SECTION 3: Tttis ordinance shall. take effect immdiately upon ics final
