EECRON 1: That Section Three of Ordinance No. 459, is hereby
amided to read as follows:
"Section 3: In consideraeion of the rights and privileges herein
granted, United Telephone Cm~,any of Florida (the Ca~any), When requested

injure the person or property of the public or miployees of the CwHiany or
Cicy; and fisther, in consideraci<n of the rights and privileges hereunder ~)

of the ConWany's gross monthly local exchange service rentals generated from
