BF. IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD,
FLORIDA, AG FOLLOWS:
N 1: That Ordinance No. 495 of Che City of Longwood,
F 1or.iaa, passed and adopted the 23rd of March, 1961, and all its
amendments, said Ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Longwood, Florida, regulating and restricting the
use of buildings, structures and land for tra e, industry, residence
or othec purpose, be and the same rs hereby amended as follows:

SECTION 2: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith, be and the same are hereby xepea l.ed.
ECTION 3: If any sect;.on or portion of a section of this
Ordinance proves to be rnvalid, unlawful, or unconstrtutronal, at
shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or
effect of any other section o£ this Ordinance.
SECTION 4: The amendment of zon g change, as herein ~~
provided shall not become effective until said change is entered in
accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 495 and all its
amendments.
SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
