SECTION I: That Ordinance No. 495 of the City of Longwood,
Florida, passed and a _ted the 23rd of Dia rch, 1901 and all its
amendments, said Ordinance beinc the C _rehensive Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Longwood, Flori aa, r gala ti ng and restricting the
use of buildings, structures and land for trade, industry, residence
or other ouxpose, be and the same 15 hereby amended as follows:

SECTION 3: If any sec iron or portion Df a section of this
Ordinance p ves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstrtutronal, it
shall not be held to invalidate Dr impair the validity, force or
effect of any other sec iron of this Ordinance.
~ SECTION 4 The amendment of zoning change, as herein
provided shall not become effective un t.i.l said change is entered
sn accordance with the p vis cons of Ordinance No. 495 and all its
amendments.
