HE IT ENACTED EY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
LONGWOOD, FLORtDA, AS FOLLOWS.
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 495 of the City of Longwood,
Florida, passed and adopted the 23rd of March, 1961 and all its
amendments, said Ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Longwood, Florida, regulating and rest rv d ing the
use of buildings, structures and land for trade, industey, residence
oz other purpose, be and the same as hereby amended as foLLOws:

herewith, be and the same are hereby repeated.
SECTION 3: 'If any sectzon or portion Of a sectvon of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, fie
shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, Lorce or
effect of any other sectvon of this Ordinance.
TION 4: The amendment Of zoning change, as herein
provided shall not become effective until sand change is entered
1n accordance wvth the provisions Of ordinance No. 995 and all its
amendments.
SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its pass aae and adoption.
