BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THC CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 495 of the City of Longwood, Florida, passed and adopted the 23rd of March, 1961 and all its amenaments, said Ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Longwood, Florida, regulating and rests Being the use of buildings, structures and land for trade, industry, resx dente or other purpose, be and the same xs hereby amended as follows: s 312, 319, 316 and 318 (less W 10 ft) Longwood, PBtl - PG 18. be and the same rs hereby changed and transferred from zoning classification R-1 (RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FINfILY) TO (H) HISTORICAL DISTRICTI. SECTION 2: All Ordinances or parts o£ ordinances in conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3: If any section os portion of a sectron of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or r~ effect of any other sectron of this Ordinance. SECTION 9 mhe amendment of voning change, as herein provided shall not become effective until said change is entered in accordance with the a ovisi ons of Ordinance No. 995 and all its amendments.
