FLOAI OA, AS FOLLOWS:
V 1: That Ordinance No. 49i oC the City of Longwood,
Florida, ? red and adooted the twenty-third day o. March, 1961, and
all its amendments, said Ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance of [he City of Longwood, Florida, regulating and restrvcting
the use of buildings, stcuctur..s and land fox trade, industry, re..v-
r dente or other purpose, be and the same vs hereby amended as follows:

be and the same vs hereby changed and transferred from zoning classi-
fication A-1 (Agriculture) to R-1 (Aesiden[ial, single family).

N 3: If any sectron or portion o£ a sectvon of this
Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstr tutronal, vt shall
not be held to vnvalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any
other sectvon of this Ordinance.
~. SECTION 4: The amendment of zoning change, as herein p vided
shall not become effective until said change is entered in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 495 and all its amendments.
SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
