FOR BEVERABI LITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY TBE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 548 of the City of Longwood,
Florida, passed and adopted the 26th day of April, 1902 and all its
amendments, said Ordinance being the Future Land Use Plan Element of
the City of I,on gwood, regulating the future land use, be and the
same is hereby amended as follows:
453, 955, 951, 459, 461, 463, 465, 512, 513, 519, 515,
5165 51>, 510, 519, 520, 521, 522, 523, 524, and 525, Plat
Book I, Paqes IB-21, Town of Longwood, Florida,
be and the same is hereby changed and transferred from A-3 (Residen-
tial, Multi-Family) to I-1 (Industrial Park7.
SECTION 2: All Ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with any of the provisions of this Ordinance aze hereby repealed,
SECTION 3: If any sec tzon or portion of a sectaon of this
Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it
shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or
effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance.
N 4: This Ordinance shall take effect upon final
passage and adoption.
