p ROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C0MMISSION OF THE CITY OF LONGHOOD,
FLORIDA, THAT ORDINANCE NUMBER)I, ORDINANCE NUMBER 105, ORDINANCE
NUMBER 121 AND ORDINANCE NUMBER 126 ARE HEREBY AMENDED BY THE FOLLON-
SECTION l:
A. No license shall be g ated to A Meador of alcoholic
beverages ,,hose place of business is or shall be within one thousand
five hundred (1,500) feet of any location for which any other such
1 is en se has already been issued and is in force or bit—, any estab-
lished church or school.
B. The distance prescribed herein shBII bo measured by
f--ing the shortest route of ordinary pedestrian travel along the
public thoroughfare from the main entrance of a Vendor who Proposes to
operate his basiaess to the main ea trance of any other vendor and
established churches and schools.
C. The res tri <Yions as to the number of licenses and the
location of vendors of alcoholic beverages shall not be applicable to
bona fide hote Ls or res ..Tents i,, the City with the exception that
- bona fide hotel or restaurant that serves or sells any alcoholic
beverages of say kind shall be located within one thousand five hundred
(I,500) feet o£ any church or school.
