BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, £LORIDA: SECTION 1: That "Exhibit A Of Ordinance No. 143, being the Comprehensive GOP , Ordinance Of the City of Long ood, Florida, be and the same, is hereby amended by the addition of a new district cl assif ica[ion, to be known as NHMF-1, NURSING HOME MEDICAL PROFESSION DISTRICT, as follows: NHMF-1 - NURSING HOME DIDICAL PROFESSION a. -d- - In NHMP-1, NURSING HOME MEDICAL PROFESSION BUSINESS DISTRICT, the following uses are mimed: I. Nurs ng HIPA facilities, as same are defined in chapter 464, Florida Etatutes, 1971, and licensed pursuant to the provisions Of Chapter 400, FI—id. Statute$, 1117. Also including home or special service.,, 1n related health care facility home, as same are defined by Florida Statute 9400.021 (6) and (1), -tit, Statutes, 1977. 2. Offices maintained by physicians (medical doctors and doctors of osteopathy). 3. Offices maintained by chiropractic 4. Offices maintained by doctors Of dentistry. 5. Offices maintained by optometrists. 6. Offices maintained by psych — gists."
