BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF
LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS.
CT ION 1: That Ordinance No. 141 0£ the City of
Longwood, Florida, passed and adopted the 4th day Of December,
1958, said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
of the City Of Longwood, Florida, regulating and restrrcting
the use of buildings, structures and land for trade, industry,
residence Or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended
as follows:

SECTION 2: This ordinance shall become effective

SECTION 3 All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
If any section or portion o£ a section Of
this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or uncons tr tutronal,
it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force,
or effect of any other sectron or p rt of this ordinance.
SECTION 5: The amendment O. zoning change, as herein
provided, shall not become effective until said Change is entered
upon the Official Zoning Map of the City of Log-, Florida,
in accordance with the provisions Of Ordinance No. 143.
