OF SAID ORDINANCETO BE AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, patrons Of the San Cord -Orlando Kennel Club
ar p ne to park within the eight -of -way of Seminola Boulevard
III— its intersection with the west right-of-way of SR-600,
also known as U.S. Highway 17-92, and the eastern right-of-way
adequate pafkinq facilities for its patrons; I -
WHEREAS, parking upon the right-of-way of Seminola
ov le va rd by p Ions of Sanford -Orlando Xennel Club Constitutes
traffic hazard to motors operating motor vehicles upon said

WHEREAS, parking on Seminola Boulevard is deemed to be
I hazard to the health, safety and general welfare of the citizen
If the City of Longwood, Florida, and other persons passing
through said City upon Seminola Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the imminency of the 1974-75 racing season at
the Sanford -Orlando Xennel Club requires immediate action on the
part of the City Council of the City of Longwood, Florida, to ban
parking on Seminola Boulevard by emergency ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AS FOLIF>WS:

SECTION 2: That parking by any vehicle regulated by
.pt., 316, P—id. Statutes, 1974, in and upon the right-of-way
Seminole Boulevard in the City of Longwood, Florida, between
