WHEREAS, public hearing on the gves ti on o£ zoning o£
the property hereinafter described was duly held by the City
Council of tfie City of Longwood, Florida, and at such hearing ,

wFfERDAS, after said public hearing, the City Council
of the City of Longwood, Florida, has determined that the said
property shall be zoned to the classification DF R-1 Residential
vst rret, as that classification is defined in Ordinance No. 143,
and as amended and supplemented, of the City of Longwood.
