That an attorney at law be appointed as Council will cooperate with the Special City Attorney and will assist him as he requires, in the preparation and litigation of SECTION 2: That the title "Special ^_ity Attorney" be retained by said attorney to perform such other legal se rvvices as may from time to tome be assigned to said attorney by the City Council. SECTION 3: That the Special City Attorney be compensa- ted for his services at the same rate as the present City Attorney is compensated for samilar legal services performed by 1 2 3 q ECTION 4: That the Special City Attorney shall be 5 appointed by the Chairman of the City Covnci 1.
