City can provide all existing municipal services to the azea to
be annexed on the effective date of the annexation rn the same
manner as such services are now provided within the City.
NOW, TFIEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED Hy THE CITY CC-- OF
THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, -RIDE, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the following described property,

be and the same it hereby annexed to and made a past of the City
If Longwood, Florida, pursuant to the terms of the Chaster of
the City of Longwood, Florida, Chapter 69-1268, Laws Of Florida,
1969.
SECTION 2: That the corporate limits of the City Of
Longwood, Florida, be and it vs herewith and hereby redefined
so as to include said land herein described and annexed.
ECTION 3: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized
to amend, alter, and supplement the Official City Map of the
City of Longwood, Florida, to include the annexation contained
in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 4: That upon this Ordinance becoming
effective, the resident and property owners it the above -
described annexed area sha11 be entitled to all of the lights
and privileges and immunities as are from time to time deter-
mined by the governing authority of the City o£ Longwood,
Florida, and the provisions of Chapter 69-1269, Laws of Florida,

SECTION 5: The provisions of this Ordinance are de -
dared to be sevetable and if any section, sentence, clause or
phrase of this Ordinance —11 for any reason be held to be
invalid or unconstitutional, such decision sha11 not affect the
validity of the remaining sections, sentences, --
ph ... es of this Ordinance but they shall remain in effect, it
being the legis l'ative intent that this Ordinance shall stand
notwithstanding the invalidity of any part.
SECTION 6: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 7: This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its final pa&sage and adoption.
