SECTION 3: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to amend, alter, and supplement the Official City M p of the City of Longwood, Floc ida, to rneLUde the annexation contained in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 4: That upon this Ordinance becoming effective, the resident and property owners rn the above described annexed area shall be entitled to all of the rights and privileges and immunities as are from time to time determined by the governing authority of the City of Longwood, Florida, and the provisions of said Charter of the City of Longwood, Florida, Chapter 69-1266, Laws of Florida, 1969. sECTION 5: If any section or portion of a section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconsti- tutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect o£ any other section or part of this Ordinance.
